I trust in my ability to love myself and my needs.
I have confidence and trust in my ability to bring in my heart's desiresThe energies of all the other chakras run through this chakra because it is the power centre chakra. This chakra supplies the internal organs with energy. It's connected with the glands in the body. The solar plexus is connected with all issues of power, control, trust, authority and socialisation; what you do for or with others. It governs your self-image and how you hold yourself in life.
This chakra is known to be the opening of the soul. It is a transducer chakra; it has the power to transform anything with spiritual energy. It directs all creative endeav- ours we wish to experience. It is associated with intuition (as in the gut feeling) and total emotional honesty with oneself and others.
When there is a state of healthy power, there is a balance between sur- render and divine will, humbleness from a state of healing, morality and ethics. It is the centre of trust. This chakra is the commonplace of the male/female split. It is a doing chakra, so it holds more of a yang en- ergy balance. It's where the astral or silver cord is attached to the body.
"Self-respect comes as the product of total emotional honesty with oneself and others. Negative ego is feeling special or different and being resistant to criticism. Healthy ego can appreciate being criticized. This is humbleness from a state of healing."
